A legal disclaimer
1. Booking
Booking a lesson with Resilient Sharks confirms that you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment
All lessons must be paid for in advance. Your place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Missed Lessons
Missed lessons are non-refundable. Where possible, we may offer a make-up lesson, but this cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.
4. Cancellations
If Resilient Sharks needs to cancel a lesson, we will offer either a replacement lesson or a credit.
5. Medical Information
Parents or guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or additional needs before lessons begin and keep us updated if anything changes.
6. Supervision
A parent or responsible adult must remain at the venue throughout the lesson unless advised otherwise by Resilient Sharks.
7. Behaviour
We aim to provide a positive, respectful and safe environment. Swimmers are expected to follow the coach's instructions and treat others with kindness and respect.
8. Safety
For safety reasons, coaches' instructions must be followed at all times. Resilient Sharks reserves the right to refuse participation if a swimmer's behaviour places themselves or others at risk.
9. Photography
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes only with prior parental consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
10. Personal Belongings
Resilient Sharks cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen belongings.
11. Changes
Lesson times, coaches or venues may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to give as much notice as possible.
12. Data Protection
Personal information is collected only for the purpose of providing swimming lessons and is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
